Hello,
I am setting up Interface Channel Monitoring using SAP Solution manager 7.1 SP07. All the data is coming but Availability Monitoring data. I executed following steps -
- I have created a script using SM59_Template_Availability template and successfully uploaded to Solman
- The script can be seen in EEM Setup in Solman and shows a green status
- The script is configured for INterface CHannel Monitoring (in EEM Editor)
Yet, there is no data available in ICMON -> Availability Monitoring chart.
- In ICMON_TROUBLESHOOT report, I see that the script I uploaded is not seen
What can be the issue that it is not activated for ICMon, although it is available in Solman and is seen with Green status in EEM configuration. The Logs in SLG1 (EEM/Deploy) are Green too, with no errors.
Please suggest what may have gone wrong here?
