ZMIV can't be selected

I 've copied transaction type ZMIV, and applied it in the process, as the following,

but when creating incident from UI , only ZMIN\SMDT could be selected.

I don't know if there is something missing in the config of ZMIV , and then cause this problem

Are there anybody can help me?
