Dear All,
We have a Problem in our Solution Manager System with EWA/Wily.
In the generated EWA reports is no Java Performance data available. And also in Wily Webview we cannot see any data except the hostdata (cpu, Memory, etc. which comes form the host Agent).
Situation:
- Solution Manager 7.1 SPS 10
- Introscope Wily 9.15
- SOLMAN_SETUP Basic Configuration done without any problem (everything green)
- SOLMAN_SETUP Configuration for managed Systems done without any probem (everything green)
- ISAGENT is OK
- In Introscope Webview is no data in the console available. In Investigation we can see the systems and some data is available (SAP Netweaver is available). But there is no SAP J2EE.

Problems:
- Extractor Framework shows problem for extractor Central Technical Configuration. It seems that there is a authorization problem. But I dont know for which user...
Could you help us? Any other things we could check? What about this authorization error message?
