Hello,
In new CHaRM I have configured a new Business Role (SPRO --> UI Framework Definition --> Business Roles --> Define Business Role). In this role I write a new "Role Configuration Key", a new "Nav Bar Profile" and very important a new PFCG Role ID.
In a second step, I configured a new layout with CRM web UI and the new "Role Configuration Key". The "object Subtype" is ZMHF.
The last step is to give a user permission to the PFCG Role ID defined in the Business Role.
Problem: after doing all this configuration, the CRM web UI is still opening the default layout and not the customizing-layout.
I have done the same configurationsteps in ZMIN and everthing works fine...
Any ideas?
