missing test file in solution manager

In using solareval, we can read the test plan, which is the UAT done from March.3 2014--March.10.2014.

but if we go by Configuration/assignments/documentation, search by document name started with "TXC...", we can't find the test script filled by the user.

but if I go by test/test plan status analyses, we can find out that user already did test script from  March.3 2014--March.10.2014.

so how to find the test script?
