i hope, that the ALM community can help me. I'm currently in Japan, supporting NISSAN in their global transformation programs - one is the future "order management" and the challenge to manage the SAP landscape (incl. project track, BAU track and syncronization). Second challenge the management of test and validation - both areas related to ALM / Solman.
We are short before getting the opportunity to create a concept for the management of the future landscape. But NISSAN requests upfront Uses cases / case studies / references from the automotive indutry (OEM business). I couldn't find anything and only know, that the big OEM (Daimler, BMW and Audi) are using particular areas of the Solman (incl. retrofit, chARM, transport integraion)..
Can you please be so kind me to help with appropriate use cases, presentations, story lines, ..... from the OEM world ?
