Hi Guru's,
I can create incident templates (Both of type SMIT & ZMIT- customized one) from CRM_UI->ITSM--> Create Incident template.
I can also see the number getting created as 800000012 while saving.
The templates are getting created but to my surprise I couldn't able to search the incident template from the below screenshot
