Table is empty: Nothing to Save in Table. PI Monitoring configuration

Hi everyone,

While undergoing the PI configuration in Solman_setup, we got the following errors while completing the 5th step of loading metadata(everything else is green)

1)  PI Monitoring : Table is empty - nothing to save. Table

for this we have got one note 1796893, but its not possible to implement this note and need to find a workaround.

2) Error WS Call :SOAP: 1023 SRT : Processing error in internet communication framework("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR")

Please if anyone can shed some light over it.
