Integrating CTS+ into ChaRM with Solman 7.1

To armonize our transports and releases, we want like to integrate CTS+ (to transport non ABAP objects of PI) in ChaRM used on Solman 7.1

But I don't know where to start....

Do you have any article that may help us to check our configuration and start this configuration?
