Calculate durations

Hi gurus,

I am trying to update the SLA durations in solution manager via A action. MY idea is to define an action in which it allows me to calculate the

durations when I save the documents.  i.e.:  I have a order in status ‘E0009’, and this status has a z duration associated, I let some minutes in this

status, and i want it to be updated when i execute the action.

My idea is without change to another status, updating this duration, via an action when i save the document.

Does anybody know if is it possible?
