We are repairing ITSM that was halfly configured, before.
While doing that, we created Action Profiles, definitions and conditions for email notifications to go to a particular DL, once the incident is raised, and to Message Processor, once he is assigned the incdent.
But in both the cases the mail is going to the Reporter.
I believe some of the earlier settings still remain, but am unable to figure that out.
How to do that?
