Add new field to transport or change request

Hi experts,

Is it possible to add a new custom field to the view of a transport request and also to it's change in the workcenter "change management"?

For example a new custom field in the change view: "change is ready for production" with values "yes or no". This would mean that all transports in this change are tested in QA and are correct.

Now there is a setting for changes: set status: "withdrawn"or "closed". But we can only choose these settings if the change is fully transported to all enviroments...

?is this possible to add a custom field, and if yes, how do we do that?
