Can't Forward Incident

Dear,

 

I correctly deployed in my solution manager.

In fact, it succeed in performing every function before.

However, since 1 day before audit at the end of 2014, one of function died, which incident cannot be forwarded to SAP for our users by our processor.

Automatically sending message to SAP behind office hour is fine, but it failed when our engineers forward incident to SAP.

We've tried other users for that, but it doesn't work.

We got the same error as following:

 

Details The transaction could not be sent to SAP. See long text for help

 

Can anybody help us to fix this error?

I've done as person, who is from SAP support center, said.

I assign the right customer number to user's s-user ID.

According to the person's reply, I didn't correctly assign customer number and s-user ID.

If not, however, I can't successfully forward incident to SAP once.

It's supposed to be other issue, I think so.
