Idoc mail notification on specific time

Hi All

I need some suggestions regarding email notification.

I have a requirement where idocs alerts should be send to specific users twice a day (07:00am and 15:00).

I know two solutions for email auto-reaction (CCMS and BPMON).

If i´m not mistaken, CCMS auto-reaction can be triggered in two ways (one via background job which runs every hour and the other one which triggers every 5 mins). For BPMON, i haven´t tried this solution but looking on the "notification" window, there are no options to choose when it will send. And only the data collection schedule on BPMON is customizable.

Any suggestions for this requirement?
