Hello Everyone,
We have enabled Charm in our Landscape and all the change requests are moving using CHARM. But after successful movement of TR's into PRD the status of the TR is set to "Request is ready to import again" instead of "Request already imported".
Due to which lot of TRs are occupying lot of buffer area. We would like to set all the TRs in PRD to "Request already" imported state.
Can anyone help us how we can set in CHARM settings
