Synchronization between SolMan and SAP Service Marketplace

Hi,

We need to syncronize the customer oss messages created in solman with  the SAP service marketplace. We see the message with our S user in the marketplace, but the customer can't see them if he access with his own user.

We excecute the program RNOTIFUPDATE01, but we still have the problem with the customer information.
