Fast Display Message Customisation in SOLMAN_WORKCENTER Transaction

Hello Experts,

Via the transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR, i get to see the ID and External reference number.

Let's say the ID is 8000000070 and the External reference number is 8000000000.

In the Transaction SOLMAN_WORKCENTER, when doing fast display message with ID = 8000000070 it is working fine but with the ID = the external reference number  (i.e 8000000000) it says "Message not found" which is normal in my opinion.

My requirement is to make it work for both ID and external reference number (See the attached image).

Can you help me in knowing the webdynpro or how to proceed with this customization/requirement?
