I am trying to connect the Solution Manager to an own Java Programm via Web Services.
I have archieved to get the systemGUID of the Solution Manager from my Java Programm.
But when I try to create an incident in Solman with the methode "processIncident" or "replicateIncident", I get an error 13.
What does that mean?
