i am new jr sap crm consultant for a month so if i am bullshit i am sorry already now.
i want to do that when i change Status from 'Servis Masasına Yönl.' which means in turkish, to 'Danışman İşleme Aldı', in Message Processor bar, Message proccessor name is adding automatically.
my senior said that "there may be standart implementation in SAP and it is about 'specify settings for automatic assignment of processor' function" but i couldn t find and understand anything about this subject.
do you have any idea how i can do that?
