Currently, our users login to SAP GUI and use transaction code DSWP in SolMan 7.0
to create/process Service Desk transactions. We don’t use Work Center yet. I just wanted to know how will users login and process old and new Service Desk transactions later when we upgrade to 7.1.
In the Upgrade Guide, it is mentioned that Work Center can be used as central access point for processing old and new transactions. Does this mean that users will still login to SAP GUI and will use transaction code SOLMAN_WORKCENTER (not transaction SM_CRM)? Will it be best to introduce our users now to using Work Center before we upgrade?
