Now that I can send automatic emails when a job request is submitted, I would like to setup an approval process before I get the job request form via workflow. I setup some actions in sppmadm, created the request in a job request form as a CHARM change management...but when I didn't get the email. Also, when I try to change the status to approval..I get the error...Status is also already set to "created"

Process status does not allow changing approval step status
How do I change the Status to something else like In Process so I can set the approval. With this..I hope to get the email as the change manager, approve it, and then the email job request sent to message processor (which I got to work recently).?? Please help..THanks!
