IT Performance Reporting: no data for most queries/web templates

Hello!

We are using Solman 7.1 SP8 and have activated "IT Performance Reporting" for some systems as part of CCMS/System Monitoring. For one system we unfortunately have the following situation:

ABAP System -->Availability  --> System Availability (data available)

ABAP System --> Performance -->  System Performance (no data)

ABAP System --> Performance --> Response Time Distribution (data available)

ABAP System --> Performance --> Response Time Composition (data available)

ABAP System  --> Capacity --> Main Memory (no data)

ABAP System --> Capacity --> Paging Rate(no data)

ABAP System -->Capacity   --> CPU (no data)

ABAP System --> Capacity --> File System (no data)

ABAP System --> Capacity --> Database (no data)

This system is installed in cluster environment and has the same short SID like the other one,

but within LMDB this system is called like EP1_2. All the extractors for this system showing no errors.

Has some idea how to solve this issue?
