Create Error Message on status maintenance screen is not opening

Hello Guys,

I want to configurate the error message when the key users find some error during the test, but when I click on the "Create Message" button on Message Tab, nothing happens.

I check at the t-code DNO_CUST04 and  I add "PROCESS_TYPE" on the field name column , but still not opening.

Somebody can help me?
