Transaction SARA - Step delete run

Hello Sap Solution Manager Experts,

My requirement is to archive messages (tickets) on Sap Solution Manager 7.1

But, i am stuck in the delete run step (Report CRM_ARC_SERORD_DELETE).

Can i get a clear explanation why the delete list is empty and the steps to follow to solve this issue in view of proceeding with the archiving of message?
