Hi,
I have configured Sol Man 7.1 SPS10 for change request management. I have completed all the pre configurations and I have copied SMHF to ZMHF and everything out of the box configuration is working perfectly fine.
Now I want to configure email functionality on status change for ZMHF.
For eg - Just as a basic test I want to configure email to the
1) Once the UC is created (E0001 - initial status) I want to trigger an email to developer.
2) Once the status changes from "In Development" to "to be tested" I want to trigger an email to the tester.
Just for testing I have created & schedule condition and the same is shown in the attached screenshot.
whenever the status changes from "created" to "In Development" the developer to receive an email.
Please see the screen shot.
I have done all the configuration in SPPFCADM transaction but still I am receiving any email. I checked in SOST/SCON I don't see any email.
Please help.
