Dear Gurus,
I'm looking for help about defining a search criteria within the CRM Web UI (Change Management Part of SolMan Workcenter).
When opening the search for the inolved Parties in a change document, I want a specific role to be pre-selected in the search window.
(see attachment).
The wanted process should like as follows:
In the main screen, I select the partner function for which I want to enter a value.
The partner that I need to enter shall be selected using the search help (red circle on picture).
When opening the search help, the selection criteria for "Role" shall have a pre-filled value (e.g. internet user) (blue circle on picture).
Unfortunately, I have no idea where to start.
Don't even know the correct names of the window where this change might apply to.
SAP Help doesn't explain how to identify the search page - only how to change it.
Can anyone help me
- identifying the correct search page, so that I can configure the search criteria
- to the set the correct values to fullfill my request.
