Hello,
Upon sending to message to SAP in Service desk 7.0, we get the issue "installation not known in customer notification.."
When we checked the aiinstallation table, the installation numbers do not exist. However, the table is filled out automatically by a background job that gets information in marketplace.
Do you have any idea how we can resolve this?
