We have enterprise support order, have internal systems and other systems of our customers for which we act as service provider.
According to information of SAP we read the following information:
The Hosting Partners are serving midsize and larger enterprise customers. So the recommendation for those is to run a separate SAP Solution Manager per customer. As the SAP Solution Manager is not a multi client SAP system, it is necessary to install a SAP instance for each customer.
Question
Is it just recommendation or a "must" condition?
We would like to provide ccms-based central system monitoring for all the systems (internal systems and customer systems).
Can we do it in one/own Solution Manager (integration of all the systems in one/main client of Solution Manager)?
Which status (Gold partner, PSLE, MaxAttention) should have the service provider in order to do this?
