keywords and filters in solman

Hi all

in our organization, we have a large b.p.h in the blueprint screen( trensaction SOLAR01).

we create keyword but the filter doesn't filter shortcut process step (level 3)

so we still remain with large b.p.h

please advice

i have to find solution
