Dears i have several question regarding the SOlution Manager ITSM CRM UI:
1) In the Processor Home Page, there is block/widget called IT News, Componenta Name: AIC_WC_FAVORI Viwe name: AIC_WC_FAVORI/MainWindoe
as below snapshot, the question is from where this block fetch the news/information, how i can add news/text here?

2) Same question, we have Favorite block/widget, from where i can add/manage favorites here?
