Ibase for non-SAP components and CRM_UI

Hello,

we have Solution manager 7.1 SP10 and we use CRM_UI for creation of incidents.

Is it possible to create non-SAP Ibase component ( for device or non-SAP software ) and to make Identification in BP in the same way like for SAP component? How?

Here example with SAP components in 2'nd step of Incident creation. We need the same but for non-SAP components. Thank's in advance!
