Dear all,
I encountered a situation here. As I click on create an RfC using SM_CRM, no matter if I choose ZMCR or SMCR, there is nothing coming but a "you session is timed out" page. Therefore I can't create RfC at all. I can create SMCG / ZMCG without problem. I also checked application log (SLG1), there is nothing red there.
Btw., the same problem exists also when I create a Incident (either SMIN or ZMIN) using a "requester" user (with UI profile SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANREQU).
The transaction types are newly copied and so far the ChaRM central note is implmented. System is 7.1 SP8.
It should not be the problem of general timeout settings, because we've tried extend the time and there is no problem with other transaction or using SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO.
Now I'm clueless at all... Maybe anybody has an idea, or tell me where I can check?
