SolMan 7.1 standard text in email

Dear All,

we are using SolMan 7.1 and we want to manually send out emails for example from a change request by using standard text.

If I click on the standard text button currently the emails stays empty, is there a possibility and if yes how to change the standard text or to use even more email templates?
