The administrator can't see customer message

Hi Expert,

  

The administrator from our company can’t access the end user’s message after we created the message in our SolMan on behalf of customer.

(crm_dno_monitor, the message is not listed in the administrator's WORKCENTER)

 

I guess it would be role/authorization problem, what kind of role and authorization is needed in this case?

 

Could you please help advise the reason and solution?
