In our solution manager 7.1 REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT getting failed due to report AI_CRM_ANALYZE_IBASE_SORTF.
If i excute report AI_CRM_ANALYZE_IBASE_SORTF i get below error:
The Ibase component 000000000000000953 has deviceid: PP1
Replace Sort string with (from SMSY):
space
PP1_NABP
The Ibase component 000000000000000959 has deviceid: PP1
The Ibase component 000000000000000961 has deviceid: PP1
The Ibase component 000000000000000963 has deviceid: PP1
The Ibase component 000000000000000965 has deviceid:PP1
The Ibase component 000000000000000030 has deviceid:PP1
I tried snote 1856234 - Missing sort string in Ibase text components but did not worked.
Please suggest how can i cirrect this error?
