customer attributes on transaction level, where used?

Hi,

we have created an implementation project with a 3 level-structure and transactions at process step level. We work with customer attributes assigned to process step level + transactions. I see filter working on customer attributes assigned to structure only.

But where/how can I use these customer attributes assigned to transactions.

example:

scenario A

     process A1

          step A1a     (attribute risk category = 1)     transaction MD04     (attribute GMP relevance = no)

                                                                        transaction ME51N   (attribute GMP relevance = yes)
