CHARM Request For Change Due By Date Disabled

Hi,

The Due By Date for CHARM Request for Change is disabled for modification in Production System.

I have done the settings to enable the Due By Date field in Development System and transported the TR to Production System but
the changes still does not reflect in Production System.

Also, the "Show Configurable Areas" button is not showing in Production System and I wonder if I could configure the Settings in Production Systems directly with this button.

Any advice on how do I enable the field in PROD?
