Previous Cycle has not been correctly completed for project

Hello All,

I have encountered an unusal error while creating a Maintance Cycle in Project inside /nsolar_project_admin.

it is showing my previous Cycle has not been completed properly. Does any one have any idea to complete the cycle. Kindly let me know.
