Extractor jobs failing in CCLM

Hi Experts,

While following steps of Custom Code managment, extractor jobs are failing at step 7.2.

I also checked all the notes of RTCCTOOL, all are in green status.

Is there a way I can make all the notes in their initial state and then reimplement them?

Please let me know if you have any solution.
